The Griffiths & Co Story

While my road to professional floristry might have had some twists, turns and corporate diversions, my life has been intertwined with flowers in a way that goes back generations. Petals really are part of my history – a fact that never fails to make me smile.

On both sides of my family and my husband’s family, parents and grandparents were keen gardeners and allotment enthusiasts. So, I’ve been well and truly surrounded by the love of flowers on all sides. So much so that particular types of rose, peony, iris and daffodil have taken on a special sense of nostalgia as they’re so connected with a loved one.

Along with my wonderful husband, Al, these much-loved gardeners and green souls of the past are the ‘Co’ in Griffiths & Co. I wouldn’t be here without the support, knowledge and passion they’ve passed on to me. Having qualified from City & Guilds, I’m honoured to be carrying on this floral legacy, and to help others find an emotional connection with beautifully timeless floral design.

Keeping it personal

Behind the scenes

I studied English Literature and Art History at university, and this has definitely influenced my floral style. I’m always looking for artistic yet classic compositions, thinking carefully about colour combinations and searching for ways to tell stories within my work.

With every design that leaves my studio – from the smallest buttonhole to the biggest, most intricate venue installation – my goal is to find the personal within the petals. I’ll do my utmost to make your flowers feel unique and special to you; reflecting your own histories, interests and the spirit of the event you’re planning.

I can’t wait to hear your stories and get to know more about what it is you’re celebrating.

Contact me, and we can start creating something truly beautiful together.
