How I receive personal information and why I have it

Most of the personal information I process is provided directly by you for one of the following reasons:

The Griffiths & Co website does not address anyone under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If I become aware that I have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, I take steps to remove that information from the servers.

Your information is securely stored on a password protected computer and email address. I keep your personal information for only as long as required for business purposes (for example, invoices are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC).  These may hold information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, sender or delivery addresses. After this time I will dispose of your personal information by securely deleting digital records or destroying any paper records.

On occasion I may include links to third parties on my website. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
